Celebrate the magic of the season in Hampton as the town and the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce host their annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting on December 5, 2025. This year’s theme, The Night Before Christmas, sets the tone for a festive evening filled with holiday spirit, community pride, and small-town charm. The parade begins at 5:00 p.m., with lineup at 4:00 p.m. beside Piggly Wiggly, before winding its way through Hampton along Elm and Lee Avenue.

After the parade, everyone is invited to gather at the gazebo for the Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6:00 p.m., a warm and joyful moment that brings the community together under a canopy of sparkling lights. Families can enjoy pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, along with cookies and hot chocolate, while music from C-4 Church and Studio Z dancers adds to the festive atmosphere. Participation ribbons will be given to each parade entrant, making the celebration fun for both spectators and participants alike.
